True Statement Tuesday:As HARD as it is sometimes, try and learn to be the best communicator you can be! Throughout my life I am constantly reminded that PEOPLE really need to be communicated with effectively.Sometimes in our personal life & professional life we think that if it is not “positive” than we don’t want to communicate it…But at the end of the day, keep in mind the other person’s feelings that you are communicating with….A simple check in to say hi, no matter what, gives that person a sense of understanding and warm and fuzzies, just hearing from you and talking things out.
