Let’s face it, the real estate market has changed in the last 6 months….. and THAT IS OKAY!
The real estate market is something you have to respect will change. the “change” helps creates an evolving market, where sometimes it will benefit the buyers, and sometimes it will benefit the sellers. In my experience personally with real estate I have been pretty good about taking advantage of both sides.
Even though the interest rates are higher right now, they are still at a very low rate if you look at history. Keep in mind there is always an ability to refinance. If you see a home that is what you are looking for, definitely consider buying now and not loosing out on that home you want.
