Teaching our children to communicate effectively is powerful.

Some of the best conversations I have with Morgan are on our way to drop her off at school.

Today we chatted about politics.

She was asking mature questions about the voting process and how often people get elected.

These mature conversations are what we need MORE of with our children.

Teach our children to feel comfortable communicating with others even on “sticky” subject matters such as politics.

This will help our future in allowing people to feel ok talking about any subject matter EVEN IF THEY DON’T AGREE WITH ONE ANOTHER.

It’s never too early to have mature conversations with your children.
