Interest Rates have gone into the 5’s!

It’s been a long haul over the last several years with people really being fixated on what “used to be” the interest rates.
Long live the 3% rates, and we are now in today’s reality.
If you were holding off for the rates to come down, then I am not sure how much longer you will want to wait.
