The real estate world we are now in involves some areas pricing not necessarily down, but correcting itself from such high increases over the last few years. Some areas of town and slower to appreciate right now, but if the house/condo etc is priced right, it will sell. I know it is hard to chase pricing we had about a year ago, but today’s world is not there right now. So if you are thinking about selling a home right now, pay the most attention to pricing in the last 3 months, because that is where your value truly is today. It will save you lots of time waiting for it to sell at a too high of a price and possibly miss out on some buyers.
