In today’s real estate market PATIENCE IS key for not only ME, but for the clients I am working with.

Buying..

– Be CREATIVE on what you can do to get into the house (IE-ask for concession to help buy your rate down).

-Be OKAY with not everything being perfectly like you thought you wanted to buy.

Selling..

-HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE…your house will sell!

-RESPECT the market, it has been adjusting and your house might not be worth what you originally thought.
