When houses sit on the market longer, YES our sellers do not like it understandably. They want to sell their homes as fast as they can at the amount they really want.

However, the current market is starting to shift a little meaning inventory is going up (which we love to see), but the percentage of sold homes is not keeping up with the increase of inventory. This means that some homes are sitting on the market longer, and that means more room for negotiations. DO NOT WAIT TILL RATES GO DOWN EVEN MORE, THEN EVERYONE WILL BE TRYING TO BUY AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU, AND YOU COULD LOOSE THE HOUSE YOU WANT.
