In my career of Real Estate, TRUST is a large part of every transaction!

Not only with helping people find a home/selling a home….

It’s being honest about my professional opinion..

It’s about being their advocate to make a good decision…

This becomes even more important if the buyer/seller is NOT in town to conduct the transaction…….

Believe it or not this is more common than you think.

These remote buyers/sellers TRUST you to not only do the due diligence as if they were here, but treat this as something YOU would do if YOU were them.

It’s important to understand your client’s goals & particulars they are looking for.

Never under-estimate the power of someone TRUSTING you….. it means the world in all walks of life!
