Inventory is increasing and that means more opportunity to find that place you can BUY and stop renting! With all the loan programs out there, there is something for everyone on getting into a home. It won’t hurt to look into it.. ask yourself when is my leasing ending? Start looking into maybe buying within 6 months of that lease end date.
