Life is about change, and changes that have happened in my life have turned out to be something that made me grow…
In recent news there was some changes that happened in my industry…..
The NAR (National Association of Realtors) reaches a large settlement brought by nationwide home sellers.
Hearing this at first I admit was confusing, and is kinda still not fully clear on implementation of the results…
HOWEVER, I am looking at this as something that will ultimately not affect me in how I took care of my clients, but it is going to require me to change how I PRESENT my ability to help them sell/buy a home. Many realtors are probably worried because they were in real estate for the WRONG reasons, or they just don’t like change. AND THAT IS OKAY…. GOODBYE
